  1. Why buy and not rent equipment?

    If you buy the equipment, it will be yours forever, whenever you want to go somewhere you won't have to worry about who to ask and where to rent. Do you decide to go somewhere? It's easy, you already have all the necessary things at home.

  2. What type of hiking gear do you sell?

    At this stage, at our store, you can buy everything you need to go on a hike or set up a camp. Tent, mat, sleeping bag, backpack, hiking stick, camping furniture: table, chair, cooking set ups, etc. The complete list of products can be found here

  3. In which city do you have sales service?

    So far, we have sales service only in Tbilisi.

  4. Can you send to the regions?

    No, at this stage our online store only covers Tbilisi.

  5. Can I buy online?

    On the website you can choose the products of the desired color, size and price, and you will be able to buy our products by paying online, and for this you only need to register on our website. You can follow this link to open an account.

  6. What hours do you work?

    You can contact us at any time and we will answer you as soon as possible.

  7. Can I test and buy on physical store?

    Although we are an online store, if you want to physically look, check and buy the products, you can come to our warehouse, which is located on Nutsubidze IV plateau, adjacent to the fifth building. Keep in mind, in such a case, contact us in advance so that our employee can meet you on the spot.

  8. Do you have a delivery service?

    Yes, of course! An online store cannot exist without a delivery service. Please note that the delivery service is not free and is not included in the price of the products.

  9. And how long will you deliver after purchase?

    We will try to deliver the products to you as soon as possible, but it may take up to 72 hours to deliver the order.

  10. How do I pay the amount?

    You pay on the website, after you have selected the desired products, and if you want to take the items out of the warehouse, in this case, you can pay the amount both by cash and non-cash payment.

  11. Trading is allowed?

    Of course no! But periodically we offer our customers special offers.

  12. Do you process my personal data?

    Yes, we process personal information only on the basis, for the purpose and to the extent that is established by law for the implementation of the company's activities, it is adequate and proportionate. It is worth noting that you provide us with this information yourself, and we will not get anything additional.

Rental

  1. Why rent and not buy equipment?

    The minimum equipment that you may need to purchase for going hiking (tent, sleeping mat, sleeping bag, backpack) is an expensive pleasure. And if you decide to buy based on the low price, there is a high probability that you will accumulate low-quality equipment that you will have to replace again and again. In the case of renting, you will pay 30-60 GEL per day for equipment of normal quality. If you don't hike often and you don't have a lot of space at home, different equipment will take up a lot of space, and in case of renting, the inventory is stored in our warehouse. The equipment rented from us is always clean, and of course we take care of this, while your own equipment needs to be cleaned by your own efforts.

  2. What type of hiking equipment do you rent?

    At this stage, our equipment consists of two, three and four-person hiking/camping tents, two- and three-season sleeping bags (comfort temperature: -3°; 10°; 15° and 20°), various types of sleeping bags, trekking poles, hammocks and hiking poles. The complete list of products can be found here

  3. In which city do you have a rental service?

    So far, we only have a rental service in Tbilisi.

  4. Can you send to the regions?

    No, at this stage the rental service only covers Tbilisi.

  5. Can I rent online?

    Yes, you can contact us on any social network, on the provided phone number, and you will be able to book or order easily.

  6. What hours do you work?

    You can contact us at any time and we will answer you as soon as possible, and the equipment can be handed over until 21:00 every day.

  7. Where can I come to take it?

    Our warehouse is located on Nutsubidze IV plateau, adjacent to the fifth building. However, before taking the equipment, you should call us in advance and agree on the time.

  8. Do you have a delivery service?

    Yes, it is possible for our couriers to bring the equipment to you in case of renting products for more than 50 GEL, in such case the delivery fee will be 10 GEL. Please note that the delivery service includes a takeback. So, we have a delivery-takeback service :))

  9. How many persons tents do you have?

    We mainly have two-person tents, but we also have three-person and four-person tents, which are also popular.

  10. Do you sell hiking equipment?

    Yes, we also sell hiking equipment (tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, backpacks, trekking pole, camping furniture, hiking hammock, etc.). You can see the products for sale here

  11. Do you rent hiking backpacks?

    For now, we do not rent hiking backpacks.

  12. Do you have mountaineering equipment?

    Yes, you will be able to rent professional mountaineering equipment from us (crampons, safety belt, helmet, gaiters, carabiner, head lamp), detailed product description can be found here

  13. Do I pay in advance at the time of booking?

    In case of reservation, you pay 30 (thirty) percent of the full price of the products as an advance.

  14. How do I pay the amount?

    The amount can be paid both by cash and non-cash payment.

  15. Trading is allowed?

    No!

  16. If we go hiking early in the morning and take the equipment the day before, will the amount be added?

    No, if you plan to leave early in the morning, you can pick up our equipment after 6 pm the day before.

  17. If I rent a tent on Saturday and return it on Sunday, do I pay for 2 days or 1?

    In such a case, you pay the amount of 1 day, because our service fee is determined by nights. However, if you now think that you will take the equipment in the morning, return it in the evening and pay nothing - you are wrong! In this case, you will have to pay for one day.

  18. I am unable to return the equipment at the appointed time, and what should I do?

    First of all, contact us and let us know that you cannot return the equipment at the scheduled time, but note that you will have to pay the daily price of the equipment for each day that passes.

  19. I don't know how to pitch a tent and is it difficult?

    No, pitching a tent is not a problem unless you have to pitch it in the dark and in bad weather. See the installation instructions here

  20. Will it rain in the tent?

    Our tents will not get rained on if the tent is pitched properly and the tent is not touching the cabin. Our tents are so-called two-tent tents. The waterproof coefficient of the outer tent is 2,000 mm, and the waterproof coefficient of the sole is 5,000 mm.

  21. I am very cold person and do you have warm sleeping bags?

    Yes, you can rent very warm sleeping bags at our store.

  22. What do I need sleeping pad for?

    The sleeping pad retains heat, performs the function of a mattress and provides minimal comfort in wild conditions. See here for information about the subcategory

  23. Will my tent fly?

    If you don't peg the tent firmly into the ground and stay inside, the wind will most likely blow the tent away. Such a case has happened only once in the history of our existence.

  24. What happens in case of item loss or damage?

    In case of damage/loss/destruction of the equipment or its part, the client is obliged to fully compensate the value of the object and the damage caused by the said action.

  25. Do we need to clean tent? /Do we need to wash sleeping bag?

    It would be desirable if you keep the equipment clean, but after each rental we will ensure cleaning and washing of the equipment.
